• A minimum of 10% of the selling price is required to reserve an item.
• The remaining balance must be cleared within 60 days of downpayment.
• If the balance is not cleared within 60 days, a 30% storage fee is charged on the outstanding balance, spread as a daily fee until fully settled.
⚠️ 50% Threshold Rule:
• Once you have paid 50% or more of the item price, the item is removed from the website and held exclusively for you.
• If your total payments are below 50%, the item remains visible and available for purchase by others.
• If another buyer pays 50% or the full amount while your balance is under 50%, your payments will be fully refunded.
Example: Item KSH 10,000 — you pay KSH 2,000 (20%). Item stays on sale.
Another buyer pays KSH 5,000 (50%) → item is theirs, your KSH 2,000 is refunded.
But if you pay KSH 5,000 first → item is reserved exclusively for you.
